How long does a typical engagement take? +

Most programs run 6–10 weeks from kickoff to final report. Rapid turnarounds (single-session advisories with topline only) can be completed in 3 weeks. Longitudinal series run as long as the question requires.

Which therapeutic areas do you cover? +

We have deepest networks in oncology, hematology, immunology, and rare disease — but our methodology is therapeutic-area agnostic. If the question is well-formed, we can field the right voices.

How do you ensure independence? +

Discussion guides are built independently against your strategic objectives. Moderators are trained to surface dissent, not steer consensus. Reporting is de-identified and aggregated — sponsors see patterns, not attributable quotes.

Do you replace our agency of record? +

No. We sit upstream of execution — our job is to give your medical, marketing, and market access teams the conviction they need to brief their existing partners better.

What does pricing look like? +

Programs are scoped to the question. Single advisory boards typically range from $40k–$120k all-in; multi-session series and longitudinal programs scale from there. We share fixed-fee scopes before any contract is signed.
